This Merit Promotion position is open to Current Federal Employees and Former Federal Employees with permanent status or reinstatement eligibility. This position is in the Office of the Chief Commerical Officer (CCO). The CCO is dedicated to expanding and diversifying the agency's portfolio based on gaps left unfilled by private sector financing solutions. The office will be responsible for new international business opportunities and managing customer relationships with a focus on medium and long-term deals, especially in support of the agency's strategic priorities related to clean energy, Sub-Saharan Africa and the ten sectors identified by Congress as transformational export areas (artificial intelligence, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, wireless communications equipment, quantum computing, renewable energy, semiconductors, emerging financial technologies, water treatment and sanitation, and high-performance computing). CCO will be responsible for the strategic marketing of EXIM's programs and products to specific geographic regions and specified business sectors worldwide.

Specialized Experience (Credit for Specialized Experience on resume must reflect 40 hours/Full-time per week for each period of work):
GS-11: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the GS-09 level in the Federal Government or other equivalent pay systems. Specialized experience includes:
